1. Who we are
This store is operated by Premium Hub Goods Wholesalers Trading L.L.C (بريميوم هب لتجارة السلع بالجملة ذ.م.م), a Limited Liability Company – Single Owner licensed by the Government of Dubai — Department of Economy & Tourism (DET). 2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable. Prices, product availability and offers may change without notice. An order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when your order is prepared for delivery. We re-derive every price from our live catalogue at checkout — the amount shown is the amount charged.
3. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and, where available, card and digital-wallet payments through our licensed payment partners. We never store your full card details on our servers.
4. Delivery & cold chain
We deliver frozen products in insulated packaging across the UAE to keep the cold chain intact. Delivery windows are indicative; we will contact you to confirm. Please ensure someone is available to receive frozen goods at the chosen time — we cannot be responsible for spoilage caused by failed or refused delivery.
5. Halal & non-halal products
Halal and non-halal items never mix. Pork and other non-halal products are clearly labelled, kept in a separate section hidden by default, and are packed and delivered separately from halal items. Non-halal products are intended for non-Muslim customers.
6. Cancellations & returns
Because we sell perishable frozen food, please review our Returns & Refunds policy. Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Consumers retain all rights under UAE Consumer Protection law (consumerrights.ae).
