Check on delivery
Because we sell perishable frozen food, please inspect your order at the moment of delivery. For food safety, frozen items that have left our cold chain cannot be returned once accepted, unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
Damaged, spoiled, or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, thawed/spoiled, or you received the wrong product, tell the driver at delivery or contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item on your next delivery or issue a full refund for it — your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched at no charge — just contact us with your order number. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or as agreed for Cash-on-Delivery orders, typically within 7–14 business days. You always have the right to a purchase receipt.
